All sub-processors are bound by their respective Data Processing Agreements and Standard Contractual Clauses where required. A current list of sub-processors is available upon request.

All third-party processors are required to handle your data in compliance with applicable law, including GDPR where applicable.

6. International Data Transfers

UA Product Team is based in Ukraine. Where we transfer data to countries outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
  • Transfers to countries with an adequacy decision

For US-based clients: by engaging our services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in Ukraine and other countries where our service providers operate.

We retain your data only as long as necessary:
