How We Work

01

We Meet – This meeting is free

We start with a conversation. No forms, no templates. We listen to your idea, your context, and where you are right now.

02

We Identify What Needs to Be Done

Together we scope the engagement: what problems to solve, what to prioritize, and what success looks like for you.

03

We Do the Work

We research, analyze, interview, design, and strategize. You focus on building while we bring the product thinking.

04

We Work Together With You

You’re not a bystander. We keep you involved at every decision point: sharing findings, aligning on direction, and adjusting as we learn.

05

We Deliver Results

You get clear, structured outputs ready to act on: whether that’s launching a product, raising a round, or fixing what’s not working.

We work closely with founders at every step — from the first conversation to the final deliverable.

What We Can Help You With

Discovery & Product Strategy

Before any research or strategy work begins, we need to understand your situation in full. We run a structured discovery session to answer the questions that matter most at your stage:

– What problem are you solving and for whom exactly?
– What have you already built, tested, or validated?
– What assumptions are you making that haven’t been proven yet?
– What does success look like in 6 or 12 months?
– What’s blocking you right now: clarity, confidence, resources, or direction?

We also identify which services you actually need. Not every founder needs everything: some need market research, others need to talk to users, others need to figure out pricing. This activity makes sure we focus on the work that moves you forward, not the work that just looks thorough.

Market & Competitive Research

We research your competitive landscape so you don’t have to guess where you stand. You get:

– a structured competitor map
– side-by-side comparison of differentiators and weaknesses
– the market opportunity your competitors aren’t addressing
– a feature strategy: what to build to win, what to build to protect.

By the end, you’ll know exactly where you fit — and where you shouldn’t compete.

User Profiling & ICP Definition

You can’t build for “everyone.” We help you get specific. You get:

– a clear description of your target user,
– an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) with enough detail to act on,
– the real problems your users are trying to solve,
– how and where to reach them.

This isn’t a persona slide — it’s a working document that shapes your product, roadmap, and go-to-market.

User Interviews

When you need to go deeper than research, we talk to real users. We uncover:

1. the actual problems behind the stated ones,
2. how users work today  (their tools, workarounds, and frustrations)
3. what would make them switch, adopt, or pay.

If you haven’t spoken to your users yet, this is where assumptions turn into evidence.

Positioning & Messaging

You know your product inside out. The challenge is explaining it clearly to someone who doesn’t. We help you find the right words – for your landing page, your pitch, your outreach. A clear positioning statement, messaging tailored to different audiences (users, investors, partners), and the narrative that connects what you built to the problem it solves.

Strong positioning is often the difference between traction and silence.

Pricing & Unit Economics

Knowing what to build is only half the equation. Knowing what to charge and whether the business makes sense is the other. We help you:

– price your product in a way that reflects its value,
– calculate unit economics so you understand your margins and break-even point,
– define a pricing strategy with multiple monetization paths  (subscription, usage-based, tiered, freemium, or hybrid).

You leave knowing not just what to build, but whether you can build a sustainable business around it.

Analytics Setup & Metrics Framework

Most founders track data but don’t know what to do with it. We set up Google Analytics and product analytics, and help you define the 3–5 metrics that actually tell you whether your product is working.

We walk you through what questions your analytics should answer, what healthy growth looks like at your stage, and what early product-market fit signals look like. You leave with an instrumented product and the analytical thinking to act on what you see — not just dashboards you’ll ignore.

Go-to-Market & User Acquisition Plan

Your first launch won’t happen twice. We help you get it right. We prepare a go-to-market plan tailored to your product and audience, a user acquisition strategy with prioritized channels, user onboarding planning so new users reach first value quickly, a content strategy across the full funnel (marketing emails to attract, transactional emails to convert, newsletters to retain), and acquisition strategies to bring users to you consistently – not just at launch.

Investor Readiness

You built something worth funding. Now you need to be able to prove it. We help technical founders bridge the gap between product and investment conversations — structuring your product story in a way investors understand, connecting your product decisions to business outcomes and market opportunity, and preparing for due diligence questions on product, users, and traction. You don’t need to become a salesperson. You need to speak the language.

Go / No-Go Decision Support

Sometimes the most valuable outcome is knowing not to launch. If you’re on the fence and unsure whether your product has real market potential or whether it’s worth the investment — we help you make that call with confidence. We structure the evidence, pressure-test the assumptions, and give you a clear, justified recommendation. Whether the answer is “build it” or “don’t,” you’ll know why.

Growth Diagnosis

Already launched but something isn’t working? This service is for founders who have users but are seeing drop-off, low retention, or unclear conversion patterns. We map the full user journey and identify exactly where users disengage, understand the reasons behind the drop-off — product gaps, onboarding friction, messaging mismatch — prioritize the fixes with the biggest impact, and build a clear action plan to address the root cause, not just the symptom. You don’t need more users. You need to stop losing the ones you already have.
